
Prenatal yoga is a supportive practice designed to honor the changing body and unique experience of pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, this class helps build strength, flexibility, and ease while supporting relaxation and stress relief. This is also a space for connection - with yourself, your baby, and a community of others on a similar journey. Prenatal yoga can offer support both during pregnancy and as preparation for birth and postpartum. All trimesters welcome. No prior yoga experience required.

Dominique’s relationship with yoga began in her early teens and has grown into a deeply embodied, heart-led practice rooted in mindfulness, presence, and compassion. Over the years, her teaching has evolved from a primarily physical focus into one that honors the emotional and nervous system shifts that accompany major life transitions.
As a prenatal-certified yoga teacher and a mother who practiced throughout her own pregnancy, Dominique brings both professional training and lived experience into the prenatal space. Her approach is gentle, informed, and grounded in creating safety - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
