Yoga has been part of my life since I was 13 years old. From the beginning, it offered me a safe and grounding space for healing and self-connection. What started as a physical practice slowly became something much deeper - an anchor through different seasons of life and a steady invitation to listen inward.
My practice is rooted in vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and over time it has evolved to embrace the spiritual and intuitive dimensions of the work. I’m drawn to movement that builds strength and awareness while also creating space for softness, reflection, and presence.
I’m a registered yoga teacher with a background in mental health counseling, and I bring a trauma-aware, compassionate approach to everything I teach. As a mother, my relationship with my body, rest, and care has shifted in profound ways, and that lived experience deeply informs how I hold space - especially for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of motherhood.
I believe yoga is not about perfection or performance. It’s about cultivating balance between mind, body, and spirit, learning to meet yourself with kindness, and finding connection - within yourself and in community. My hope is that every class I teach feels like an open, supportive space where you can breathe, move, and simply be exactly as you are.
